Heat treatment
In order to preserve the world's forestry heritage from the spread of harmful organisms, according to the ISPM-15 standard, wooden pallets and packaging intended for export are heat treated following a program during which the internal temperature of the wood must reach at least 56° C for a minimum duration of 30 minutes.
Drying
The drying treatment has the aim of reducing the humidity naturally present in the wood, so as to prevent the possible development of mould.
Design
Italimballi follows the customer in every phase and detail: from the request, to the design, up to the choice of the most suitable pallet for his needs.
Personalized Branding
Customization, upon request, can take place with either the logo or the customer code and the branding, depending on the type of production, can be by fire or ink.
Warehouse
The warehouse of over 6,000 m2 ensures the possibility of satisfying every type of need, deadline and urgency.
Transport
The proprietary trucks and the total internal management of transport guarantee reactivity and flexibility in delivery, even in emergency situations.
